Events Team
Position: Events Team Member
The FlaglerGOP is building a dedicated Events Team to help plan, organize, and run events throughout the year. From small monthly gatherings to our larger annual fundraisers and membership drives, Events Team members play a key role in ensuring these activities are successful, professional, and enjoyable for our community.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and development of fundraising and membership drive events.
Help with logistics and implementation, including venue setup, decorations, food, seating, check-in, and volunteer coordination.
Support event promotion and outreach to drive attendance and participation.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth execution and completion of each event.
Provide feedback and ideas to make each event better than the last.
Time Commitment:
One small event each month, except during months when a large event is held.
Four larger events annually, in place of the monthly events.
Flexible roles: some members may prefer helping behind the scenes, while others may take on day-of event duties.
Qualifications:
Creative, organized, and dependable.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas.
Flexible availability for monthly and larger event needs.
