Swag Crew
Position: Swag Crew Volunteer
The FlaglerGOP is looking for reliable and organized volunteers to join the Swag Crew—the team that manages our merchandise at events and meetings. From setup to sales, this crew ensures our supporters have access to great FlaglerGOP gear while keeping everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with transportation, setup, and breakdown of merchandise tables at events and meetings.
Maintain inventory of merchandise, ensuring items are properly displayed and tracked.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for sales transactions (training provided).
Keep records and assist with sales reporting.
Ensure merchandise areas remain organized, professional, and fully stocked throughout events.
Handle basic maintenance and storage of merchandise and supplies between events.
Time Commitment:
Support needed at monthly meetings and special events (both small monthly events and four larger annual events).
Shifts typically last the duration of the event (usually 2–4 hours).
Qualifications:
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable handling sales, cashless POS transactions, and inventory management.
Physically able to help transport and set up merchandise tables and displays.
Team player with good communication skills.
